Thermal Power Plants JSC announces a competition for the position of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board for transformation, digitalization, development of information and communication systems.

Citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan are invited to participate in the competition.

Main directions of activity:

1. Higher education (master's degree in business management, computer science, technology or engineering is strongly preferred);

2. A minimum of 12 years of experience with at least 8 years of experience in the development and implementation of a digital strategy;

3. Have significant knowledge of business theory, business processes, management, budgeting and business office operations;

4. Training in one of the following areas:

- computer knowledge and programming technologies;

- information systems and technologies;

- information security;

- Computer Engineering ("Computer Engineering", "IT-Service", "Information Security", "Multimedia Technologies");

- software engineering;

- information technology software;

- programmable mobile systems.

3. Work experience in management positions in the relevant field for at least 5 years;

4. It is recommended to have academic degrees and knowledge of foreign languages.

To participate in the competition, the applicant must provide the Company three days before the date of the competition:

- Application for participation in the competition with the indication of contact details and a list of submitted documents;

- A copy of an identity document, a copy of a work book, a copy of a higher education document, as well as copies of additional information documents, letters of recommendation from previous jobs, etc.;

- Information lens of the candidate (resume);

- competitive offer.

The application is submitted in a sealed envelope.

Tender proposal from the applicant:

- Proposals for departmental legislation and digital transformation programs and "road maps" for the widespread implementation of information systems and society resources;

- proposals for unconditional compliance with the legislation on information systems and resources, increasing the efficiency of information systems and resources;

- Proposals on other issues specified in the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 05.10.2020 No. PF-6079.
