"Thermal Power Plants" JSC announces a competition for the position of First Deputy Chairman of the Board for Transformation.

Citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan and foreigners are invited to participate in the competition.

According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 87 dated March 7, 2022 “On measures to further accelerate the work on systemic support for families and women” participation in this competition of girls and women is welcome.

Main activities:

Organize of preparation and implementation of work on the branching of "Thermal Power Plants" JSC,accelerated attraction of private capital, in particular foreign capital, including through public offering of the Company's shares and attraction of institutional investors, increasing investment attractiveness. Implement of the organization and improvement of the Company's activities aimed at increasing operational and economic efficiency, improving the organization of corporate governance and optimizing the organizational structure. Implement of innovative transformations in the process of the Company's activities. Maintain knowledgeabout a wide range of external partners to provide solutions as needed. Take measures to ensure the openness and transparency of enterprises included in "Thermal Power Plants" JSC system regarding transformation issues. Develope, coordinate, manage and be responsible for the implementation of the transformation program: Participate in the coordination of strategic documents of the Company, as well as subordinate enterprises, in terms of compliance with their transformation priorities. Participate in the formation and approval of indicators of efficiency and effectiveness of the transformation of the Company, including structural divisions. Coordinate the preparation of legal acts related to the sphere of transformation. Implement methods for designing, building and managing the Society based on an architectural approach and best practices. Implement of management of the project office for the transformation of the Company.

Qualification requirements:

1. Higher professional (technical or economic) education and work experience in managerial positions in the area of professional activity for at least 5 years.

2. Work experience in international organizations and companies is welcome and advanced local and foreign experience in organizing production in the energy sector.

3. Confident user of PC, office equipment and technical means of communication.

4. Transformation management expert with a proven track record of leading digital transformation.

5. Possession of tools for managing processes, projects and services within the framework of transformation.

6. Experience in business process management to achieve transformation goals.

7. Knowledge of foreign languages is mandatory (Russian, English), having academic degrees is welcome.

To participate in the competition, the applicant must provide the Company three days before the date of the competition with followings:

- an application for participation in the competition with contact details and a list of submitted documents;

- a copy of an identity document, a copy of a work book, a copy of a document on higher education, as well as copies of additional information documents (certificates etc), letters of recommendation from previous jobs, etc .;

- Resume (CV);

- competitive offer.

The application is submitted in a sealed envelope.

Competition offer from the applicant:

- proposals for local legislation and industry transformation programs and road maps for widespread implementation in the Company;

- proposals for unconditional compliance with the law in the implementation of transformational activities, increasing their effectiveness;

- proposals on other issues specified in the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 05.10.2020 No. PF-6079.
